Sylvania Netbook

I was given a Sylvania netbook today,it will only boot to where it says"loading drivers" and stays there. Now ive read some on this little machine and one time it says it has onboard memory for the os, another time is says in needs a SD card.
I have a 1g Sd card, fresly formated if its needed,my wquestion is, where can i find the operating system for this ? Evedentally its looking for somthing that is not there and I do not have on hand nor seem to find within the past 2hrs of searching..
A OS for the Sylvania SYNET07526 is the same OS but upgraded as I am understanding it.
Any help finding the Os is and will be greatly appreciated. the Os is a CE6
