I'm trying to determine if the issue is your internet connection or if it happens at his house using your system.
I'm still not sure what you mean by:

but he have same windows as mine

Does this mean you have the same windows using the same registration number?

Ok and your systems are different correct?
I can't stress how important it is that you go to his place and try your download there.
This will verify if it is your system or your connection at your house.

OK if not a brand name then was it a custom build and was there a sticker on the system with the registration or serial number on it?
Where did the ISO file come from as it may be part of the issue.

OK this may be a problem.
What you gave was not a Win7 OS serial key for sure. A serial number will be 25 characters long.
Where did the serial number come from?
