I am planning to upgrade my PC after six long years to be able to play games like Max Payne3, Far Cry3, Crysis3 etc. in high graphics settings without any hitch.I am not looking to upgrade again after this for another 3-4 years. What will be the best configuration for me within a budget of around Rs.30000?

If I am looking at the exchange rates correctly, The US equivalent of the amount of money you are considering is $552. You are going to have a difficult time building a gaming machine at that cost. Gaming rigs need power, processor, ram, and decent video cards, and based off your current system, you are going to need to purchase all of those to get you where you need to be for another 3-4 years. We can try to be careful with absolute purchases but we also have to be realistic as to what items you will need for the functionality you desire.

I think an early suggestion to save cost but still have a decent rig is to go for AMD based CPU and Mobo. This should save a fair amount of money, and you will not notice any difference in the machines function.

Given the restraints of the low budget, I recommend a AMD build This will give you excellent performance in applications The integrated Graphics is the best available and will give you good gaming performance at lower settings. You can upgrade later to a high GPU without the rest of the system bottle necking performance.

If you can use any parts from your existing build? this would cut the cost.

AMD things have overheat problems in India.

I'd say your budget in unrealistic then. If you have to buy Intel, then your budget is going to have to increase since you cannot get an Intel Chip that will handle graphics as well. You are probably looking at Rs.35000 or more to get where you need to be.

Providing you have a case with good airflow there should be no problem with overheating, even using the stock cooler.

I live in Australia, Queensland, Temps today, 31C humidity 52%, last week 35C @ 79%. One PC on about 14 hours a day. other two, off and on,, no overheating.
