Looking for a new laptop but don't understand the technical stuff.

Seen one I like:

H/Packard, T11 I think or E11, Dual Core
1.8GHz
4g Ram
500g HDD
WINDOWS 8

Is that big and fast enough for me, don't play games, just use it for browsing, emails and facebook really.

Please help, thanks !

The notebook specs are fine for your intended use but if you can provide a link to the product so that we can take a look we may be able to find a higher spec alternative for the same cost (or less if we can).
