Got Spore for my 12 year old grandson for his birthday. I had to install it with an administrator account and it runs with that account. My grandson can't run it with his normal user account. He doesn't need administration roles. IT WON'T RUN!!! It sits in memory but doesn't start up for him. I've put it in the shared folders and it still doesn't work there either. The computer doesn't have a DVD/CD drive installed but uses a USB drive whenever I have to install software on it.

EA has created a very EXASPERATING piece of software.

My grandson had Spore Creature Creator which worked fine for him but the full game is upsetting him and me. I am almost inclined to NEVER buy another EA game because of this. I've been involved in the computer world for over forty years and have gotten many pieces of software to work that no one else could get working. Spore is wanting.

Can anyone say "I Want to use the Spore disk Package for skeet shooting!".
