Hi I have problem trying to connect to the Internet on my (free) Acer Travelmate had not been used for 5 years, replaced CMOS btty then had to replace screen due to only seeing top third of desktop,system is Windows 2000 prof NT tech,it has a 3Com network w/less card,I have tried to connect from my existing router via hardwire also wireless but no luck I cannot find out how to take off the network setup!!,have tried my ISP setup disk on my laptop but tells me another Firewall is probally blocking the install it also keeps trying the Dialup connection whitch is no good because I have B/Band ,also windows tells me I have no soundcard installed, CD works but no sound,otherwise the system works
