[Help] Losing internet packets...

Hi, my internet connection in the last 4-5 days is pretty bad...

My first step was to make a speedtest.net, but the results was unstable (first second i had 6MP, second second 2MP etc. :/)
I though it was an Internet problem, but then i made another speedtest from my latop (same connection/router), the results was stable and good..

After i test a ping test from cmd (ex ping google.com -t), and i realise that i was losing 4-8% packets
at the laptop the results was 0% lose

I tried to change my ethernet cable, but nothing...

Open your Add remove programs and un instal the items below.

Ad-Aware Antivirus (Version: 10.4.49.4168)
Ad-Aware Browsing Protection (Version: 1.0.1.82)

Pando Media Booster (Version: 2.6.0.8)



Download CCLEANER

Hit the tools button then the start up button and disable all items!!


Go here and run the fix it to set your hosts files back to default.

Open your device manager hit the start button then right click on computer then select properties then select device manager.

In device manager, click the View menu and select Show hidden devices

Then hit view again and select devices by connection.



Then scroll down right click and uninstall the drivers listed below,dont worry these will be reinstalled upon reboot by windows.

Each of these files will request a reboot after uninstall wait until the last one to reboot.




Open your device manager then left click your network adapters then right click and select uninstall for your Wireless driver and your lan driver.

Reboot your machine.

NetWork & Sharing Center
Manage Network Connections
Right Click Your Connection
Select Properties
Un-Check Ipv6
Select ok






Run the Fix it below this remove the Tunnel Adapters from your machine.

After completing the above task then Please download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.

Double-click on TFC.exe to run it Vista/7 users right click and run as Admin.If TFC doesnt prompt a reboot then please do so manually


Install Avast Free.

I suggest you do a full scan with AVAST but DO Not post the Log from AVAST here!!

The only step i could not find 
Open your device manager then left click your network adapters then right click and select uninstall for your Wireless driver and your lan driver.

My connections is much faster and i don't even lose packets any more :)

What mistakes i had made and the internet connection was so awful?

Open your device manager then left click the + next to network adapters then right click and select uninstall for your Wireless driver and your lan driver.

To open device manager.

Open your device manager hit the start button then right click on computer then select properties then select device manager.






Set your Dns To open dns or google dns.For both the wireless and wired connections.

Let me know when you have done these steps by uplaoding a new Minitoolbox log.

You seem to have missed the steps above.

i cant find it... i will upload a screen saver (tw i dont have wirless connection to my desktop)

Do you have any skype account? i need some help with the DNS issue....

Under the network adapters it is the Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
uninstall that then reboot.

Here are instructions for changing the dns.

After the dns change then enter these commands in the command prompt.

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

net stop "dns client"

net start "dns client"

Upload a fresh minitool box after there is still work to be done with your machine you must complete these instructions prior to continuing. :thumbsup:

Download and install SP1 for your machine.

Reboot and then see below.


Download Autoruns and Autorunsc

Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply.

Autoruns log looks good except a couple items. :thumbsup:


Disable windows defender.

Also you could un-tick Team viewer and re tick it when you need to use it.

Install the latest copy of Java.

turn system restore off reboot.
turn it back on and reboot again.

About the Nat issue, my modem is "Thomson TG585 v8" and i think is the harderst modem to open NAT in the world xD
i have find a way to open my NAT (with telnet and static IP) but i have heard is not safe...

If you cant help me, its ok :)
