Best AGP graphics card for under $50?

I realize this is a tough find, but I'm wondering if anyone can point me to the best AGP graphics card for under $50. I've done some browsing on TigerDirect.com and NewEgg.com...there are so many to choose from that I have no clue where to begin. Is there any particular low-end card that's better than the others?
