dear friends I have download a toolbar name gboxapp from gboxapp.com by the search engine search.gboxapp. Now I can't run this toolbar in my DELL PC. It's called internal problem.

GadgetBox (search.gboxapp.com, gboxapp.com, Gadget Box ) is adware and spyware categorized as a browser hijacker distributed and published as freeware by WEB PICK – INTERNET HOLDINGS LTD. Gadget Box installs directly onto your internet browser and computer. GadgetBox also bundles with other malware applications which can multiply the affects of malformed internet browser settings. A GadgetBox infection installs browser helper objects (managed search provider, toolbar) to infected internet browsers and causes website search and URL input to redirect to http://search.gboxapp.com/. This is why GadgetBox is also referred to as a redirection virus.

So it needs to be removed

Download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  
  
  
• Select All Users
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
  
  netsvcs
  BASESERVICES
  %SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
  /md5start
  services.*
  explorer.exe
  winlogon.exe
  Userinit.exe
  svchost.exe
  winsock.*
  /md5stop
  CREATERESTOREPOINT
  
• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
• When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
• Post both logs
