Hello, my name is Jessica and I am having some serious issues connecting to the internet. When I am at my parent's house my internet can connect wirelessly just fine! However, at my apartment I can only connect to the internet using the ethernet cord. My phone can connect to the internet but my computer says I am detecting the internet but it won't connect unless I'm plugged in. Can anyone help out a hopeless college student??

Thanks!

Duplicate topic to one already posted in the Vista and 7 forum.

Plese do not input multiple posts for the same issue. Also please be patient.
