I get an error message that tells me to install the game when i am trying to install the game... i dont know what to do i have tried admin, compatibility mode, re downloading, and rebooting...

Hello and Welcome to GeeksToGo!

I haven't played the game myself but I only know that the Deniable Ops Insurgency Pack Add On has been beset with glitches which has spoiled it for a lot of gamers. Are you connected to the Internet when you try to install the game? Have you had any internet connection problems or problems installing another add-on for Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell:Conviction or another game?
