I only use Windows Defragmenter.

I downloaded the new Shockwave from the link you listed.

I got this for the Flash player:
Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available.

Adobe Reader said
Cannot connect reliable source.
Adobe Reader did not install correctly
