Very odd readings
Can you check the readings in the BIOS for us, the readings may look something like those in the screenshot below;
Is the computer working ok at present.

The computer is working fine.
How exactly do I find this information? I know I need to enter the setup on start up but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

HP computers use various keys for different models to access the BIOS so you may need to try restarting the computer more than once before you find the correct key, the following keys are used by HP, F1, F2 (commonly used) F10, F11 and Esc, once you get into the BIOS look for information like that in the screenshot I provided previously, it may be under a heading such as "PC Health Status"

I am having trouble finding any of the information shown in the picture.
I accessed the BIOS and I have 5 tab; Main, Advanced, Power, Boot and Exit.
The main tab tells me my BIOS and Core version as well as installed memory but these are greyed out and I can't access anything other than System time, Date and language on this tab.
The Advanced tab tells me the CPU type, speeds but again these are greyed out and no other actions can happen on this tab.
I looked through the options but found nothing related to PC Health or any of the other information. Strange!
