We are infected with zipzappromos and we have purchased various spysweeper and other progams to get rid of it but we are having absolutely no success. Please help me. This is our Hijackthis log

You did fine, it just doesn't show what I'm looking for.

Open Hijackthis, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
Next to "Generate StartupList log", place a check next to "List also minor sections" (full) and "List empty sections (complete).
Then click "Generate StartupList log"
Click "Yes" to the box that pops-up. It will open a notepad file.
Copy and past the content of that file here in your answer.

Unzip the contents of RegSrch.zip to a convenient location.
Double-click on RegSrch.vbs.
If you have an anti-virus installed it might prompt you about a running script. Please ignore this warning and allow the script to run.

Doubleclick the file you just downloaded.

Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer
Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box.
Click Apply
As noted in the message, this will delete all existing restore points. Click Yes to do this.
Click OK.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Let's go search the Registry for bvstgce
Please be very carefull what you do. A corrupt Registry is a broken down machine.

Press the magnifying glass
In the box 'text to search for' type
bvstgce
press 'enter'. The program will search the Registry looking for items.

When it's done searching you will see a window with rows.

Down below you see a red X. Select a row and press the red X. Choose delete key and value for each row.

Then close Registrar lite.

Double click the file cleanup.

Go to option
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:* Cookies
* Prefetch
* Temp
* All users.
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, press Close.

Let the system reboot to normal mode.

Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK
