Some time ago Geeks to go helped me with an issue. After I thought all the bugs were gone, one showed up after I would restart the computer " windows can not find 4897300.exe Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again." Now things are worse. I installed All Share (Samsung) program. I deleted some items from that program (pic, video etc) I did not know that it would really mess my computer up. I.E. Delete things from my hard drive. Now I can not uninstall some programs. Also get ghost icons (supposed to be hidden?) Desktop.ini No viable restore point anymore. Other issues, but lets start with these.

How is the computer after running windows all in one ?

  • Run OTL.

    Posted Image
  • Select All Users
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

    netsvcs
    BASESERVICES
    %SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
    /md5start
    services.*
    explorer.exe
    winlogon.exe
    Userinit.exe
    svchost.exe
    winsock.*
    /md5stop
    CREATERESTOREPOINT

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Post both logs

OK lets see if I can locate where that is running from

Please download SystemLook from here.

  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield:
    :regfind
    4897300.exe

    :filefind
    4897300.exe

  • Click the Look button to start the scan.
  • When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.

Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

Intriguing that found no reference in the registry

Please RIGHT-CLICK HERE and Save As (in IE it's "Save Target As", in FF it's "Save Link As") to download Silent Runners.
  • Save it to the desktop.
  • Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
  • You will receive a prompt:
    • Do you want to skip supplementary searches?
      click NO
  • If you receive an error just click OK and double-click it to run it again - sometimes it won't run as it's supposed to the first time but will in subsequent runs.
  • You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
  • Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log, and paste it here.
*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.
