you're welcome to whatever opinion you like, but your previous question was a violation of the terms of use of this site, that you agreed to when you signed up.

r.We cannot help you get around any administrative restrictions imposed on a school, work or other network not owned and operated by yourself. These restrictions can include (but are not limited to): website blocking/filtering, software installation, email retention, software configuration, network/internet usage, network configuration, forum or chat room restrictions, game server restrictions, or any other actions that are deemed "unauthorized" by the owners/administrators of the network in question.

you were made aware of the violation, then you tried to rephrase your question. that's not going to work, and may very well give us a few ideas as to why you've been put on restrictions on another web forum.

so, to your original issue, we cannot help you get around a ban put in place on another forum. you were given several options on rectifying your issue.

Don't worry about it. Found several other forums which were willing to help and give me the information I was asking about. And for anyone reading this...the answer to my question was yes. This is the US man. No one is asking you to commit a crime. I was seeking information. I'm sure after you read this you will be the same snotty mod that every forum has who plays God...you will lock the thread and ban me. Don't worry if you ban me though. I could be back in a minute flat if I wanted. Peace out.

i don't know what you mean by "this is the US", it's not a lawless country a la Mad Max (besides the fact that this is an internationally available forum and as such, we have a little more to be concerned with than JUST us laws). we have rules, just like any other forum has rules. you happened to ask a question that was against one of ours. i would be willing to place a fair bit of a wager that the reason you got restricted from your other forum was because you broke one of their rules. it's really simple. you wouldn't get "snotty" attitude if you would abide by the rules you agreed to when you joined the forum (assuming pointing out, and enforcing rules can even be called "snotty"...they are rules for a reason).

i don't recall anyone claiming that you had asked to break any laws.

we won't be banning you, and i don't see any specific reason to close this topic. you're more than welcome to hang around the site and ask questions or even help out...assuming you don't ask questions or offer help that violate our terms of service
