Hey,

My keyboard gives double "" and `` ~~ when I press it once, I get it to times, how can I resolve that?

It sounds like the keys are sticking Boter, have you tried another keyboard?

There may be debris under the keys that prevent them from returning to their normal position.

Try hooking a USB keyboard to the laptop.

Can I clean it up with an keyboard cleaner or an Posted Image?

Leave that vacuum cleaner for carpets and don't let it anywhere near a computer.

Instead use a can of compressed air with a straw attachment to blow debris out from the keyboard.

Something similar to this but cheaper.
