I don't know what I am doing wrong with the 7-zip. The status bar shows 99% compressed but I never see 100%. Is that normal? This is the first time I have used 7-zip. What do you recommend? I got another BSOD this morning with this bug check driver_power_state_failure caused by this driver sbhips.sys. Please advise....thanks in advance. I am currently updating windows by performing a clean boot.

The crashes are pointing to the possible cuase's below.

The crashes are all over the place but the two that I would like to Adress are the Nvidia display and the Toshiba Service let's take of those tonight and see if that will stabilize your machine.


Open your copy of Autoruns and untick the item below.

+ "TOSHIBA eco Utility Service" "TOSHIBA eco Utility Service" "TOSHIBA Corporation" "c:\program files\toshiba\teco\tecoservice.exe"

Close Autoruns.

Then go to the site below and see if there is an update for your Nvidia Display driver Whether there is an update or not please use your machine as normal and update your post with any new minidump files if they happen.

Ok, unchecked the teco.exe, closed out and nvidia did have download available and it's installed now. What app did you use to examine the minidump files? I like to learn new things and I have been reading up on all the things you have requested. So what's next? Also, thank you so much!!
