Your logs look much cleaner but you can never be 100% sure and without seeing an online scan such as the ESET one I gave you I would still have reservations.

Your machine was riddled with infection which even when cleaned away can leave behind corruption and broken programs.

It would make sense to run some scans to see if your systems services are running okay and to check the integrity of your disk and system files.

However if you are happy with your computer now and want to leave things where they are, then tell me and I will give you the instructions to clear away the tools we have been using.
