Start Up Repair Problem

My Lenovo C series all in one which is only 1 month old has had problems starting up...

Firstly the last couple of weeks I have had problems were when I start up my computer it will freeze at a black screen with just the cursor so I would restart and click startup repair which would then do a system restore and the computer would work perfectly again. This happened a lot of times!

But now when my computer froze and I went on startup repair my PC just says it cant repair the problem and now when I restart it just a automatically goes onto startup repair and then stay in that loop.

Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Depending where you are you should have at least some kind of guarantee with a brand new machine so I would contact either the manufacturer or the dealer, whichever is applicable.
