Scheduling Between 2 With Outlook

What is the best way for my wife and I to share our schedules on two computers? We are often sending invitations, but do not have the ability to see if the other has an opening in their schedule. Microsoft offered a service called Internet Free/ Busy Service which I believe allowed this to occur, but they are no longer offering the service.
