My computers fans and lights turn on but it doesnt boot then the fans slow down and shut off but eventually regain power and it does this over and over again.

The pc won't boot at all??? What could be wrong?


I've replaced the psu but still the same problem.

Whe you start the computer,
Do you hear any beeps? like 2 short 1 long.
Are any lights showing on the case? Flash or steady on the keyboard?
Does anything at all show on the monitor?.
