I'm trying to delete everything from my computer no back up no nothing.I want the factory settings but i lost the disk..): i have a windows 7 but i don't know how to restore it without a disk and backing up

I'm assuming by your phrasing that the machine in question is running XP and you have lost the disks for it but you do have a Windows 7 disk, would this be correct?

What is the make and model?
Do you know if it has a recovery partition on it? If so that will take it to factory state.
Taking it to factory state will delete all of your data.
Is that what you want?
Is there anything you want to save?
