I think I explained it wrong. The file downloads fine. I just did it again in iExplorer. But when it's extracting, it gets to a file which is corrupt and it fails to finish.

To Directory: c:6943d2ff251583a02b94

It always fails here and closes down.

Yes, it saves no problem from both Chrome or iE. I even tried running it from iE rather than from my desktop. Always same problem.

but I can't seem to get their fix to work since I already updated and added MSE last week, but we manually removed it. So it doesn't come up as something that needs to be added.

So I downloaded the 32bit version instead of 64. How do I tell if that's actually installed and working? I'm not sure it is.

no. This seems to be a known problem within Microsoft. They have a bad file.
