Hi,

I've had my HP laptop for less than a year, and it has been working fine until now.

But in recent days, it has been getting very hot and the fan has been working overtime. I've checked what programs ae running, and that all seems to be in order.

It might just be one of those things, but is there anything else I can check to see if I can cool down the computer?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello..

I would suggest that you get some can air and blow any dust out of your laptop... If it still over heats, you could get a cooling pad and or use your warranty...

Thanks for this. I'll try the can air first.

Cheers.
