Hi guys,

I have the same problem
I just reinstalled my system from scratch
Windows 2000 Professional SP4
I have Norton 2002 up and running
Ad-Aware ver. 1.06r1 downloads definitions,
and after that computer reboots whatever button I click

I even can’t see logs

After reboot all objects to be removed are still here
I see them during next scanning

I uninstalled Ad-Aware, removed aawsepersonal.exe,
downloaded it again and again have the same problem

I’ll let you know if I find a solution

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,

Shopin

We Welcome you today Shopin to GeeksToGo AAW Support Center.

We like to help you solve this issue. Is there any chance you can post your scan results log here in your next reply?

When you say that "I even can’t see logs" please make this more clear for us to help you.

Are the results not appearing in the program under the results screen after the scan?

Are you not finding the location of the scan logs themselves?

Thanks

In XP the Ad-Aware SE Logs are located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Logs
