how do i delete nail.exe?

I get a window right when I first start up that says windows in unable to delete nail.exe, and i would either like to know how to make that window stop popping up because its annoying, or how to delete nail.exe so that the window naturally stops popping up

i just reformated my computer due to this. i got rid of it but it installed other files and couldnt get rid of so i had to reformat...darn spyware

You might want to install the programmes listed in the link to avoid other spyware etc

yes i have downloaded adaware, ewido, killerbox, tds, spybot, hijackthis, etc and this stupid windows message is still popping up
