Media Tickets Installer problem

I have a computer that, when it connects to the net, tries to download and run a file called 'Media Tickets Installer.cab'. It opens 2 IE windows and tries to connect to 'underrun.net/pay.html' and the window name shows as 'Your Have Been Paid'. Also, I sometimes see it trying to connect to 'Static.callinghome.biz'

Another problem, which may or may not be related, is the MS Security Center reporting automatic updates as being off when it's on. Also, Nortons AV is installed but whenever I enable auto protect and restart it comes up disabled.

I have run Nortons AV, Avast AV, CWShredder, Stinger, Adaware and Spybot. The computer has Service Pack 2 installed.

Below is my hijackthis log :

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

O2 - BHO: CB UrlCatcher Class - {CE188402-6EE7-4022-8868-AB25173A3E14} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\mscb.dll

Also i notice that you have two Anti-virus programs. Please remove Norton and Avast! and install AVG. Download AVG Here

After install avg, run a scan then reboot and post a new HJT log.

Thank you for your help. I did as you suggested with the BHO's and when I ran AVG it found 5 files infected with the virus "Collected.AE". One of them, Winset.exe, was in the running processes. Once I stoped that and let AVG do it's work the Media Tickets thing stopped.

Once again, thxs for your help <_<
