No recomendation on products of the sort more a less snake oil those products. :thumbsup:

So CCleaner... Cleaner and Registry Tools and the deFraggler? Anything else?

Ccleaner is fine just do not use the registry cleaner function other than that it is a solid program. Defrggler is also Good I was referring to iobit programs.

You say you had bit defender on the machine at one time lets go ahead and run the removal tool for it please.

Reboot after the tool.
If the machine crashes again after that then please let me see the new log below.

Download UnknownDeviceIdentifier

and post the log it Creates in your next reply.
Run the program allow it to finish then hit file> save > Save the file to desktop.The default file name will be DeviceList Attach Device list in your next reply.

Since you are getting a TCPIP.sys error lets see if we can make it crash.

Download this file you will not need it so delete when done it is sp1 for windows 7.

The above is a attempt to make the machine bluescreen.

It rebooted last night:

My Driver files attached.

I'll try your crash test in a couple hours after the download.
