Adobe flash plugin crahses all the time

Problem is very weird but whenever I open skype up or a game my entire browser crashes and I can't play any youtube videos because I get a grey area that says "Adobe flash plugin has crashed". THis also means I can't open up skype and I can't play any games because it crahses as well. And it forces me to restart the system which only fixes it momentarily.

This was my last thread that another person tried to help me but was unable to fix the problem. http://www.geekstogo...en-i-open-game/
