Ok, I"m not computer savvy at all, but I do know some basics, here's my problem.

My wireless internet connect was on pretty steady, now all of a sudden it's going in and out. The globe in the right hand corner that sits atop the 2 moniters keeps disappearing. It started about 3 weeks ago where I loss service for 2 days all together. Whats worse, I also loss internet service on my sprint phone.

When I call them (sprint) they said there was a tower down and one was being fixed, a couple of days later everything was back to normal. Fast FWD 2 weeks later, it now goes in and out every [bleep] second, and it's doing this on both my wireless connect and my router connect..

Is there away for me to fix this issue without wondering weather the problem is caused by these same towers.. The folks at comcast are clueless?
