Try this below:

From a completely off situation: Switch on and immediately and continuously tap F8.
Until this action brings up on screen a selection of options.
One of which will be:-
Select “Repair your Computer”, enter
English, enter
Select the top option “Full Destructive Recovery”
If you haven’t saved all your personal files that you need to keep its now too late.
Follow the on screen instructions
Click start, enter. All you can do now is to sit back and relax, go for a coffee, leave it well alone let it do its own thing.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 12 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
