macmini showing wallpaper of the universe instead of login

hello i have got a macmini 80 gb 10.6.8 with snow leopard and when i turn it on all i see is the wallpaper of the universe,any ideas please on how to get to the login screen?
i am using a windows keyboard.

Actually William that link is not to Apple.

That site is in no way a partner of Apple hence this line at the bottom of the page in that link...
