Cannot scan for these reasons:
- The original may not be set correctly
- The Protective Sheet may be put in place
- The lamp may not be warmed up
(It needs a few minutes for adjusting lamp on a low temperature.)
Scanner driver will be closed
Code error - 2,178,0
This appears when I use the MP Navigator. On the screen I see "Scanner is not operating properly. Got a bunch of multicolored dots on a white background intermittently before it quit. Have uninstalled and reinstalled software, disconnected from computer and power, rebooted, etc. Is my pixma dead? Prints fine by the way.
