Hello

My Mac Book's track pad is playing up something shocking. Every time is try to use it without and external mouse is jumps all over the screen and zooms in and out constantly. Is there a way of fixing this problem without having to go to my local Mac Doctor?

Any input into fixing this problem would be much appreciated.
