Excel Formula - Time Card Calculator

I am looking help with an excel worksheet... one that will provide me with two "total time" outputs... one being total time (0-60) and the other being metric or flow time (0-100)

For example: 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM would provide 5.15 as well as 5.25...

Found my answer.... for cell G3, I used the formula =E3*24 and then set the format of the cell to "General". Works great!
