It's hard for me to tell u that I'm using my Dell which is on it's last leg, where should I look for that information? all that happens is I get on and a Black screen with white writing comes on and say's use " boot disc" it could have gotten infected I don't know how it was protected and I know that means " nothing" but I have only been using it for around a little of 2 months..

Ok what's happening here is that Windows is not finding any boot files and is trying to boot from a Network so either the hard drive has issues or the operating system has issues.

With this being a Toshiba machine it will have a recovery partition and that may have been corrupted.

Is this a brand new machine or second hand?

In that case I'd send it back to either Toshiba or the authorised dealer that you got it from as it should still be under guarantee and let them sort it out.
