Stupidly installed ethernet connection whilst removing unused programs. It's not doing me any favors. Any ideas (Windows XP)

Ok I'm not sure if this link will work and I cannot find the exact model number that you have provided but look at the XP LAN driver in Drivers and download that to another machine and then transfer it to your machine and run it.
