I have a Dell Precision M70 engineering work station running Windows XP Pro. Recently I purchased a Broadcom 4322 WIFI card so I could take advantage of my routers ability to give me a 300 Meg N connection. However, it doesn't seem to work when installed in my system. I believe the problem is the lack of drivers in my system for that card. Does anyone know what set of drivers I need? And where I can get them from.

Thanks in advance.

I hate to say this but drivers for XP for that card are not going to come from the manufacturer. If you updated your OS to vista, 7 , or 8 you could take advantage of it. Though sometimes there are third-party drivers from ingenious individuals out there for older OS's I would not bank on such a thing happening here.

Thanks for the reply. After looking all over, I sort of had a feeling that might be the case.

Follow up on this post. I contacted the supplier and she gave me a site to download the driver that includes 802.11n support for XP

Generic driver:
http://dlcdnet.asus....9615_XPWin7.zip

There is also a LINUX DRIVER FOR BROADCOM: http://www.broadcom..../linux_sta.php/

Since I have Windows XP Pro SP3 I used the one from ASUS

Fred
