Ahoy!

I've still been using the [Radeon X600] since the last post and I grow tired of its agedness. I wish to upgrade it but I also have a PC which's motherboard is dead. Instead of trying to replace the motherboard I rather just salvage the usable components for my current one.

One of those is an [ASUS AH3650 Silent] videocard. I've been wondering whether I can make it fit my current [ MSI MS-7369 (CPU 1)] motherboard. Is it possible or not?

And if it is, how do I get around disassembling the ASUS Barebone case, which is 30 centimetres tall and around 17 wide? It's filled to the brim so I can barely navigate it. I'll take a picture of the case if needed. I don't have the service manual.

Thanks in advance!- Hoihe

As a side note, since ASUS AH3650 barely has any information I can find, can it be used to run games like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and World of Tanks?

And a second side note, if it won't work, are there any video cards for around 25 $ that can run the games I've mentioned?

The video card is shown to be the AGP interface while the MB details show it has a PCI-E X16 slot so no the video card will not fit.

For $25 you will get $25 performance which is not very good http://www.tigerdire...8104&CatId=3670 or http://www.tigerdire...728844&csid=_61
Check that your PSU meets any video card upgrade requirements.

What about 42-50 dollar qualities [2 000 HUF difference]? I saw a few GeForce 8800 GT go for that price, and they are the minimum requirements for the games I'm interested in playing. Are these prices true for the quality or am I looking at used wares (They don't show on the websites).

The card names, if I read them properly, were just 8400 GS which you shown as things I could buy.

Can you post the details for the PSU that you will be using so that we can make sure any card we suggest is suitable.

My friend I spoke with suggested a AMD Radeon HD 5750 as the best I can get with my budget.

My PSU is, off the top of my head I don't remember the brand, 450 W one.

As I said you need to confirm that your PSU can support the card, this includes the output, the amps on the +12V rail and any supplemental power dongle that the card may require http://www.amd.com/u...overview.aspx#3

Also please note that your MBs video card slot is the X16 lane type and may not be compatible with all cards, the HD5750 is the X16 2.0 type so again check compatibility.
