Pc turn on, but doesnt boot

I have an mobo intel d845pt,pentium 4 2.0ghz 1gb of ram, 80gb of hard drive, cd drive, and a graphics card gf fx5200 128mbit. .and i have an atx psu.
the problem is when it doesnt bo0t,
it turns on and thats all. . It doesnt bo0t . Blank screen.. .

tnx in advance. . Please help me .

I am assuming you can hear the fans running and HDD startup...Do you get any beeps? Also can you try your monitor on another PC to check it....? This may be your graphics card failing.. Some more info would be helpful also.

First, check your RAM if it's properly attached to the mother board. Then if is, try to clean it using the eraser.
