Checking the video card in your friends computer will confirm whether it has been damaged or not, also please be aware that some less scrupulous merchants will often send the same video card back even though they know it is bad, where did you get the card from, can you provide a link to the card for us.

Never heard of your brand of memory so I did a Google search, Simmtronics Ram has a poor reputation and complaints include users not receiving a reply after reporting a problem http://www.consumerc...gb-ddr2-c802653

Likewise I have never heard of the brand of PSU (see below) that you have and that is bad as poor quality PSUs ruin your hardware http://in.answers.ya...09060457AAHxLd0

Please note that there is one thing that is possibly worse than using a known poor quality brand of PSU and that is using one that is unheard of, for brands of PSU to trust and brands to avoid please refer to the two attached links http://www.10stripe....d/psu/brand.php and http://www.pcmech.co...ad.php?t=208143
PSU database http://www.realhardt...vos/Page541.htm

Of the two components I would suspect the PSU first, I would recommend that the PSU be replaced with a known good brand regardless of whether you had problems or not.

Antec, Corsair, OCZ and Seasonic are all proven brands, use the links that I provided earlier to help you choose and then check what is available to you in the country in which you live.

Before you make any purchase let us know what you are considering so that we can take a look for you, any questions please ask.

A good brand and has the output you need + a little bit of headroom which is good, please see http://www.amd.com/uk/products/desktop/graphics/amd-radeon-hd-6000/hd-6670/pages/amd-radeon-hd-6670-overview.aspx#3
However due to your latest update revealing possible malware infection I would hold off doing anything at present other than making sure that your computer is malware free, see GTG canned text below;

and can i overclock my amd athlon x2 250 processor?? :)
Sorry but I am not a fan of O/Cing and so have little knowledge of it.

and 1 virus is also there in my pc which is not repairing called W32.Autorun.Gen in :
We cannot help you with malware on these forums so I recommend that you seek the assistance of the trained experts over on the GTG malware forums.

and now i have re installed the game and it's showing me an r6002 eror thst floating point support not loaded!! :(please help me!! :(
This could be malware related;

I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Additional guidance;

1: Do not create a topic on the malware forum unless you have a malware issue that you cannot resolve yourself.
2: If you do need to start a topic there provide a link to this thread so that steps that have already been taken can be checked.
3: As the Malware Techs are extremely busy you may not receive an instant reply, if you have waited for three days then post in the Waiting Room http://www.geekstogo...e-waiting-room/ be sure to identify the issue as malware related and provide a link to your malware topic.

Good luck.

After rebate http://www.newegg.co...ID=3938566&SID=

Some malware is so deep rooted that not even a full format of the HDD will clear it, as your computer is now running ok at present follow the previous guidance in my last reply and seek the help of the malware staff if you can`t resolve the issue yourself.

gurminder you have indeed started a topic on the malware forum but unfortunately you may not have provided sufficient information for the good people there to be able to help you.

Providing as much information as you can about the issue will help no end.

As per my reply #20
