In following the steps to adjust disk usage for System Restore, exactly how much space should I have reserved for the various restore points?

My current C:\ drive size in total is 465 GB.
Current free space on same drive is 428 GB.

Thank you,

Ben

Hi Ben,

This applies to Windows 7,

To store restore points, you need at least 300 megabytes (MB) of free space on each disk that is 500 MB or larger.

So, what would be the minimum recommended percentage in this case?

As of right now, the current usage reads 415.55 MB, and the slider is set at 2% (9.31 GB).

I don't know how to actually calculate that ~Ben and can't give you a definitive answer off the top of my head. Others may reply though.
