How to install a bootable Android Jelly Bean on USB

I have installed rufus and downloaded a ISO file from Here, but when I try to install the Jelly Bean using both rufus or LinusLive on USB, it does not work, does anyone know why?

Surprisingly, when I tried UNetbootin, it worked fine, anyone knows why?
