Take a look at this simple div layout: http://paynelessdesi...in.com/pnt6C7P1 . The CSS shows:

div#wrap {
width: 70%;
margin: 2% auto;
border: 5px inset #070;
}

This is just one way to get a wrapper. It shows a 2% top/bottom margin with element centered. You can remove the border CSS rule and add whatever other CSS rules you want.
