For your intended use you do not need or will utilize 16GB of Ram
You would be wasting your cash
Purchase a better video card such as the GTX 660Ti with the cash saved

The Corsair case has 1 X 120mm front fan for drawing in cool air and 1 X 120mm rear exhaust fan for getting rid of the internal hot air, this will be enough as long as you have good internal cable management, the case also allows for this.
Adding additional components in the future may need additional fans, overclocking (which I discourage) will definitely require more fans.

Do the same for any other card or item of hardware as that is how you will gain more factual information.
