Hello. Tonight, I noticed some unusual activity on NIS security history. First of all, I noticed nearly 50 entries of Unauthorized access blocked (Access Process Data) with a medium severity rating. The file name it lists is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LSM.EXE for all of them. I scanned the file with norton, but there were no problems with it.

Secondly, I noticed there was an entry that said "User logged in" the second all this started, but no one was logged on and there's no evidence of anyone being logged on and there's no entry afterward of "User logged off". Is any of this anything to be concerned about? Thanks.
