Computer slows down immensely after a few hours

i had the defrag running on all the drives the whole time :D

OK it sounds like it did help getting everything to run a little better. Try it for a day and let me know how it runs then.

i found somthing else, when i shut my computer down for the night and when i start it up its slow as [bleep] then when i restart it (restart button) its fine

Are you actually shutting the system down or putting it in hibernation or sleep mode?

shutting it down, most of the time i put it in hibernation because of that tho

Surprising as if it is shut down then everything should cool down and the system should run great till it warms up.
