Am using Windows XP Pro at work with Outlook 2003 with an exchange server and am trying to do the delegate access, but when I go to the delegate access tab I can add users but the button for the permissions remains greyed out so I can’t continue, our exchange server is running ok , I am stumped any ideas

Thanks

You have to select (click on) the user first before the permissions button becomes active.
