Copy selection stuck on screen

For some reason the selection to copy something is on my screen, I've tried quite a few things and it still just sits there, even when I have windows open that SHOULD overlap it. It's like a sticker on my monitor.
My OS is Windows Vista.

If someone can help that'd be great, It get's really annoying when there's a "Copy" box on my screen.
